• Add endpoints for Demo mode
  In order to show off the functionality of our system, new functionality to our API that allows generating a "Demo" match when submitting match requests. A user is "matched" with 3 other demo users immediately.

• Add UI support for Demo mode @EnricoBausenhart

• Several Bugfixes to matching functionality
